Luncheons
There are typically six Cougar Club Luncheons each year—in January, February, March, September, October, & November. They are held in the Cougar Room at LaVell Edwards Stadium. Coaches from various BYU sports teams address club members, while Lunch is provided for the first 300 attendees. Admission is free, but proof of Membership is required. Each Club member may bring one guest. Information about dates, times, and speakers for each Luncheon is sent to Club Members a few weeks in advance of each Luncheon.
Football Pregame Tent
Before each home BYU Football game, Cougar Club members can come to Helaman Field, just south of the Stadium, to grab a snack and swag item. Proof of Membership is required for entrance (via the BYU Cougar Club app), and availability of the swag item may vary game to game. The tent usually opens 3 hours before kickoff. Specific details about each game are sent to Club Members in the week prior to each game.
Hall of Fame Dinner
The Hall of Fame Dinner, held annually in the fall, honors new inductees into the BYU Athletic Hall of Fame. Cougar Club members at the Silver Level and above are eligible to attend. However, as seating is limited, not all eligible members may be able to RSVP and attend the event. Admission is free, and Sunday dress is appropriate.
Scholarship Dinner
Donors who contribute a full scholarship to the Athletic Scholarship Fund are invited, along with their families, to attend the Scholarship Dinner, typically held at the end of August or beginning of September. At the event, Scholarship Donors can meet BYU Athletes and enjoy a short program along with their meal.
