As a Cougar Club Member, please know that we rely on you to uphold the ideals of honesty and sportsmanship that are the foundation of BYU Athletics. As such, it is important that we provide you with information about NCAA Compliance. As a BYU Athletic Booster, you are responsible to know and abide by NCAA rules regarding your interactions with student-athletes, prospective student-athletes, and their family members and friends. However well-intended your interactions may be with student-athletes, prospective student-athletes, or their family members and friends, knowing and abiding by NCAA rules will help maintain an environment of institutional control and compliance with NCAA bylaws.
